on the 2nd day of June, 1953, in th*
City of Mill City, Marion-Linn Coun­
ties, Oregon, there will be held the
regular annual election of said City
at which time there will be submitted
to the legal voters for their adoption
or rejection the following measure:
AN ACT •<> amend the Charter of
the City of Mill City, Oregon, by
adding thereto a new section to be
designated as Chapter XI, Section
1, authorizing and providing for A
bond issue of general obligation
serial bonds in the sum of Seventy-
Five Thousand and no 100 Dollars
($75,000.00) for street and drainage
improvement purposes.
The election will be held at 8:00
o'clock A.M. Pacific Standard Timo
and will continue until 8:00 o’clock
P.M. Pacific Standard Time on said
