Jim Cooke was there to give a short, intel esting talk about the activ­ ities of the Naval ROTC program of which he is a member. Tom “Santa Claus” Stewart was there to bring the gifts. He had all the teachers sit on his knee to tell h>m what they wanted for Christmas. Mr. LeCours read a story about why Santa uses reindeer to pull h s December 25, 195: sleigh. Ice cream bars were served to everyone. They were purchased by the faculty. Then to ton everything off the gifts were handed out. After school Tuesday night the var­ sity basketball tram got heat by the alumni. The score was 79-44. The alumni that were there were: Bob Baltimore, Bob Shelton, Ollie Muise, Ernie Podrabsky, Lawrence Thornley, Jim Poole, Leo Poole, Jim Cooke, and Gary Peterson. There will be no Hi-Lites column in next week’s paper due to the holi­ day vacation.
