Bill Jull, PNI, S. N., who spent last
week at the home of his parents, min­
ister and Mrs. H. E. Jull, drove to
Tacoma, Wash., Sunday, expecting to
catch an Air Force plane Monday
morning for Montana, where he plans
to visit during the remainder of his
furlough from the U. S. S. Pictor,
now undergoing major overhaul at
the Bremerton Navy Yard.
Carol Moberg, 6-year-old daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Moberg, fell
while playing at school last mid-week,
fracturing her arm, also throwing it
out of joint at the elbow.
Arthur Chase, who is in Jamaica
working .with I-ee Pinkston, is not
expected back for another month or
more. Mrs. Chase and their son, Roy,
a senior in the local high school, re­
mained in Mill City.
Loren Swanson, student minister
from Northwest Christian college, has
resigned the pulpit of the Gates
church to enter a different type of
ministry.
Temporarily, at least,
Morris Jones, son of Minister and Mrs.
Lester Jones of the Albany Christian
church, will minister to the Gates con­
gregation.
