The Arthur Blackburn family has returned to Gates after having resided in Stayton for the past two years. Guests from Portland at the Harold Wilson home were Mr. and Mrs. Guy Spoelstra, the last of the week, also their daughter, Mrs. Don Carey, and son of Stayton who visited her parents while her husband was in eastern Ore gon hunting. Lester Allen was called to North Platten, Nebr., by news of the death of his mother. He left Wednesday of last week.
