DETROIT Mr. and Mrs. Nolan Rasnick had as guest- for Thanksgiving Day, Mrs. Rasnick’s son, Tom Griffin and his friend. Garland Moore, from Vanport, The boys are going to school there and spent just the one day with the Rasnicks, The grade school will have its first basketball game of the season on Fri day afternoon with St. Boniface on their floor. The seventh and eighth grade boys will play. They are being coached by seventh gra<1e teacher, Al Warby. The seventh and eighth grade girls will play volley ball also on that day. They are being coached by Mrs. Surgeon and Mr. Warby. The three upper grades, sixth, seventh and eighth will be taken along to the game. The Bloodmobile Unit will be in the home economics room of Detroit high school on Monday, December 3, from the hours of 2-7. The community has been and is being canvassed for blood donors.
