Legion Auxiliary
Hears Miss Poole
The American Legion auxiliary
meeting was held in the home of Mrs.
Ina Chase, Monday, Oct. 15. Mrs.
Tearly Muir, president of the local
auxiliary, was hostess for the Monday
session. The group heard a very in­
teresting report from Miss Dolores
Poole about her trip to Girls State.
Miss Poole was sponsored by the Mill
City Eagles auxiliary.
During the course of the auxiliary­
meeting in the Chase home, Mrs.
Muir and Mrs. Chase, delegates to the
state Legion convention in Seaside,
brought back interesting highlights
of the big conclave.
New officers and chairman for the
