This club was organized some 50 years ago when euchre was as popu lar as canasta is today. Luncheon was served by the host ess, Mrs. Bowes at one o’clock. Zona Sischo, president, pre sided over the meeting. The general discussion included plans for the ba zaar which will be held Friday eve ning, May 11, at the Rebekah hall. The following committees were ap pointed: General chairman, Hazel Lewis; fancy work, Garnett Bassett and Mildred Carr; decorations, Celene Taylor, May Patton; publicity, Beulah Lewis, Jean Roberts; cooked food, Blanche Wagner, Lois Myers, Rosa Berry; program, Gertrude Weidman, Garnett Bassett; and fish pond, Ethel Huffman and Helen Andersen.
