Plans were also made for their regular meeting which will be held Friday evening, December 16. Installation of officers will be the highlight of the evening which will be open to the of public, with Bertha Beck installing officer. Guests from various grange« will be present. Following the meet ing a Christmas party and gift -e j change will be held. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Anderson en tertained with an evening of cards at their home Friday evening. Guests bidden were Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Teagen, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Long fellow, Mr. and Mrs. Elton Brown, Austin Longfellow, Chet, Wayne and Grant Smith all of Mehama. Mrs. MaeMorman a guest of the afternoon, gave a very inter esting talk on Japan. She, with her husband, who is in the U. S. Army, recently returned from Japan after spending 18 months there. She told of their habits, living conditions, churches and schools. At the close of the meeting Mrs. Hargreaves served refreshments to the following: Mesdames Laurance Walworth, Geo.
