Princess Paulina, who arrived in

Princess Paulina was born in Holland

Europe. She was brought to this
country under a two years’ contract
by Manager F. E. Proctor. The
princess was exactly 17 inches high,
and weighed but 84 pounds.
Judge R. A. Ballinger has decided
the county seat case of Snohomish
county, and has granted the injunc
tion prayed for against its removal
from Snohomish to Everett. The
grounds of the decision were that the
county commissioners threw out legal
votes and that the requirements of
the constitution had not been com
plied with. The final decision of the
matter may not be reached for some
time yet, but until it is, the county
seat will remain where it now is.

color, manifest feeble vitality and emacia-
