substance : That a certain mortgage described
in the complaint and executed by the said J.
W. Sparks and Nancy M. Sparks on the 12th

of a certain promissory note made by them to
Plaintiff on the same day, for $1,370, Gold
Coin, with interest from date at the rate of 10
per cent, per annum, and described in the com
plaint be foreclosed ; and that the premises
conveyed by said mortgage be sold as by law
provided, and the proceeds thereof applied to
the payment of said note and interest thereon,
and costs of suit; and also that the said De
fendants, and all persons claiming by. thivugh
or under them be barred and foreclosed of all
right, title, claim, lein or interest in and to
said mortgaged premises, and for such other
and further relief as to the Court may seem
equitable and just.
