New >chool Laws. a term of not less tlian three d ivs for instruction of teachers and those desir ing to teach, and all teachers in the pub lic schools of his county shall be requir ed to attend, and the county snjierinten- dent may, at his discretion, revoke the certificate, reduce the grade or refuse to grant a certificate to any teacher who refuses to attend the county institil’e without cause. The county superintend ent shall leceive the assist nice and co operation of the superintendent of pub lic instructions in holding annual insti tutes. Every teacher attending any an nual county institute belli in accordance with the provisions of this act shall be given by the county superintendent u certificate setting forth at what sessions of sai.l institute such teacher shall have been in attendance, and anv teacher w ho shall have closed his or her school foi not more than two du vs in Older to attend eai.l institute shall not foifeit his or her wages as teacher timing such time as he or she shall have been in at tendance at said institute, and the cer tificate heieinbefore p'ovided shall he evidence of such attendance; provided, that if the institute is held timing the session of School that such director« shall lie required to grant two days’ time of actual school service to their teachers to attend the said institute, during which said two days’ time tiieir pay as teacher« shall continue.
