1. Assisted the county in maintaining the county nurse, furnishing and providing for the upkeep of
her car.
2. Provided for the Red Cross Life Saving Course and instruction at Koberg’s Beach. During the past Summer
instruction was given to over 250 and 13 Junior and 11 Senior Certificates awarded
3. Cared for numerous emergency cases, furnished food, hospital and medical care for the needy of
Hood River County.
„ 4. Organized the Junior. Red Cross in the Junior High School, obtaining nearly 100% membership and
giving instruction in First Aid
