MIDDLE FORK SELLS
BONDS FOR 98.78
The Ralph Schneeloch Co. waa
awarded a $55,000 block of aix per cent
bonds of the newly formed Middle
Fork Irrigation Co., recently organized
by orchardista of the Upper Valley, on
a bid of $98.78. Four other bids were
made for the irrigation securities.
The irrigation district authorized
$75,000. The remaining $20,000 will
he sold by the directorate as the need
for them arises.
English Lutheran Church

The annual business meeting of Riv
erside church was held in connection
with a congregational dinner served by
the men last Friday evening in the
church basement.
In addition to the business items, a
(program of music and addrefses was
enjoyed by the izu people wno Draveu

hospitality of the Community church.
A duet bv Mrs. C. II. Sletton and
James Collier, and a solo by Albert
Case were greatly enjoyed ana were
given encores by the audience.

Lawyer Thinks of a Minister." The
speaker paid a cordial tribute to the
work of the local pastor and the
church.

The report for the year showed a
very successful activity on the part of
the church in all departments. The
budget showed an expenditure of $8,-
500. In the three years of its activity
the church has increased its member
ship from 120 to 325. The budget has
increased from $2,200 to $8,500, as was
shown in a short address by Mr. Boddy
in summing up the work.
