two soldier brothers in France. A let-j

Theodore Altman, a'ed 111. The yoimnj
man had twice been wounded and w lien
fatally stricken with pneumonia, was!

The two marines are survived by two
other brothers, both in the service,
(ieorire Altman is at Raymond, Wa.-h.,
in the Spruce division, and lienjaniin
Alt.inan is with nn auro squadron in
France. The parents of the yminvr
men, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Altman,
and two sisters, Misses Louise and
F.velyn, reside at Spokane.

spirit and old time pep were shown by
the upper classmen during the rally at
noon.
At a student body meeting held last
week it was decided that season tick

MOTHERLESS KIDDIES

Fight Japanese ranchers will leave
the valley this week for their old
homes.

i shoes. Her husband, re,-cuing fellow
passengers, lost his clothing and a sum
of money. A sailor, aboard another
! car, loaned him a pair of trousers.
