WE BELIEVE IN ADVERTISING - BUT We do not depend on our newspaper ads alone for business. Adver tising helps there is no question about that but treating a custo mer "WHITE" when he calls, helps more than anything. That's the kind of advertising we want. We do not offer for sale a single article in which we do not have implicit confidence.- Why shouldn't we have confidence in our goods look at the lines we carry! Every one of them a leader. We are here to back them, and you want to feel the same toward them. OUR STOCK OF TIRES AND TUBES AND AUTOMOBILE SUPPLIES Is the largest in the County. We have over two thousand dollars invested in tires alone. And another fifteen hundred in accessories. We handle only Valvoline lubricating oil after five years of testing, we have concluded this oil can't be beaten. True, the price is slightly higher than some other oils can be purchased for but the quality is there. It's worth more. You save more than the additional price asked in repairs because Valvoline lessens repairs It really lubricates. . Our Line of Vehicles Purchased entirely from the JOHN DEERE PLOW CO., our Velie and John Deere vehicles and spring wagons are fully guaranteed by this largest of all wholesale implement houses. Do you know, one of the greatest sources of pride to us, is to have people come into our store, and say, "I understand you handle the entire JOHN DEERE line exclusively." And we do. It's a big advantage. We know just what guarantee they place on all their goods and know for a fact, that they will willingly back it. And this is why every purchaser of one of our vehicles has that satisfied feeling he knows he has a dollar's worth for his every dollar, and he knows that if he has any kind of a claim at all on account of poor workmanship or material, he gets it re paired free of charge. AND OUR IMPLEMENTS Are all purchased from the JOHN DEERE PLOW CO. and bear the same guarantee. We have an assortment of implements for every purpose cultivating, spraying, weeding. Haying tools of all kinds. Dain Mowers, McCormick Mowers, Hay Rakes, Hay Balers. It is always a plea sure to us to "talk it over" with you before hand our time is at your disposal. We want your business, and will do anything within reason to get it and keep it. GILBERT IMPLEMENT CO.
