Represen tatives in Congress, and judicial dis trict offices composed of more than one county, subject to nomination at the primary election to be held on September 24, 1910, as nrovided by law. No proxies will be honored in said assembly, but in the event of the in ability of the duly elected delegates to attend from any cause their vote is to be cast by the membership from that county according to the majority opinion of those present and acting.
