The monthly meeting of the county
court wan held Monday, .June 7th
and continued in eeaalon two flays.
The following matters of Interest
were passed ou by the court.
The report of the road viewers
ou road district No. :!, known as the
C L. Holers road, was accepted.
The eepoi t of the vlewera on the
road naked for bjr M, F. Shaw and
others did not, Recording to the
court's opinion, indicate it to lie of
sntlicient importance to warrant an
expenditure from the road fund. The
decision wos supplemented with the
statement tli.it the county would ac
cept the road if tee petitioners
would pay the cost of same.
At the request of cou Duel for a road
asked for by W. L, ( lark and others
the bearing www continued until the
July term.
An order of the court was Issued to
the effect that all lulls must be filed
with the county clerk three days
prior to the date of sitting.
In the matter of a petition from
Fred I.arwood asking for the cor
rection of an assessment on his prop
erty which was assessed for Im
provements thot did not exist, the
court ordered a rebate of $6.00.
