Enoch Cornell died on Monday, at

Mrs. Ida May Dlmmica, of Mt.
Hood, died at her home on May 19,
The loiiei.il services were held on
Friday, and the remains were laid to
rest in the McKemey cemetery at Mt.
Hood. The sorrowing husband and
relatives have the sympathy of the
valley in their sad bereavement.
Christian Wyss died on Friday
morning at his home near Mosler
after a short illness. The remsins
were taken to The Dalles tor inter
ment after services were held at the
Catholic church. He leuves a wile
and two children tc mourn his loss.

The Minnehaha Athletic Club of
Vancouver defeated the High School
boys of this city, with a score of 16
to 2. The boys were out classed, out
