Fruit Trade Journal: During the
Urst three days this week, the weather
was decidedly unfavorable for tbe ap
tile trade, being warm aud foggy, and
this caused a dsoided weakuess iu the
ooniuou grades of fruit, especially
common storage Ureeuiugs. Ou Tues
day, however, with more favorable
weather oouditioua, there was an tm
provement in tbe demand and the
prioes ou oommou stock advanoed
from 2o to DOo. per barrel. For fancy
fruit there was a good demand and

holders evidently begining to feel
