The E. M. 1''. will be sold on a basis
of 81,400 delivered f. o. b. Portland
and is the only Hve passenger oar ot
this type with a lUG-inub wheel base

Another way of buncoing tbe people
developed last week. Some time ago
man came through Caldwell taking
orders for maps ot tbe state of Idaho.
Quite a number of people in that
city agreed to take a map wbiob was
to be delivered later. According to
agreement and in a abort time a man
came around delivering maps and all
tbe people who agreed to buy, one took
one and paid for it, but in a sbort
time anothei man came along deliver
ing tbe same map, claiming that tbe
first man was a usurper and that be
