good many new orobards being set
out in that sect loo of tbe county and
tbeir trees are endangered from tbe
pests that exist In some of tbe old
neglected orchards, and in which the
owners have taken no pains to eradi
cate the pests. Mr. Castner will in
sist upon tbe old orobards being
cleaned np or destroyed, and if they
etuse will enforce tbe law.
