valley to pay their respects to Rev,

W. F. Cash was obosen as president,
P. J. Packard, secretary, M. Smith,

should be known as tbe underwood
Improvement club. Tbe motion was
voted opon and oarried unanimously.

appointed to solicit membership.
The question of meeting was then
