line burlesque, a take-olT on secret so
cieties in general, and is brim full of
laughable scenes and dialogues. The
characters above represented are only a
small part of those in the play, but
serve to show its style. To the ladies
we will say that the secrets of lodge
work are fully exposed, and the reason
why their husbands stay so late ex
plained. The initials under each cut
fully explained in the play, and being
a portion of the secret work; we are for
bidden to give them away. Be on
