The bill provides for the location and construction o f a highway to be known as the Roosevelt Coast Mili tary highway, from the city o f As toria,. through Clatsop, Tillamook, Lincoln, Lane, Douglas, Coos and "Curry counties to the California state line, makes available $2,500,000 out o f the state highway funds fo r con struction work on the highway and provides fo r immediate action on the preliminary work in connection with the location o f the road.
