speak at the fifth anniversary
rally of the Portland Freedom
Center Dec. 30.
The theme of the rally is "Ne
groes and Whites Are Handed
A New Challenge."
The Afro-Amerienn Associa
tion, which claims to be the
fastest plowing Negro organiza
tion in the country emphasizes
halting school dropouts, promo
ting Negro businesses and teach
ing Negro heritage, rather than
picketing and oilier farms of
protest.
