Mrs. Jacqueline Kennedy
pressed her wedding ring into
the hand of her dead husband,
seconds before his coffin was
closed, Rep. Henry B. Gon
zales, D-Tex., said today,
Gonzales described the Inci
dent in radio Interview on sta
tion KTSA.
"She kissed her husband and
ehed his hand," the congress-
-n said. "She removed her
-dding ring and placed it in
M hand."
The casket was closed then,
the sorrowful return to
Washington begun.

White House or to the funeral
