Incinerators Prove
Valuable to Family
Half the fun of an outdoor
barbecue is its informality.
While this helps ease the work
of the hostess, it also brings
mixed blessings. By using paper
plates, cups and napkins, she
cuts down on dishwashing but
is faced with a trash disposal
problem.
If she burns the items in an
outdoor incinerator, the smoke
and odor will be unpleasant.
If she postpones burning, the
trash is unsightly and will
quickly attract annoying in
sects. This, says the American Gas
'Association, is where an auto
matic smokeless-odorless gas
incinerator proves a boon. The
host or hostess merely gathers
up the used paper ware and
drops it in the gas incinerator.
There's no fuss or bother and
no smoke or odor to contend
with. The patio is spic and span
in minutes. Garbage, too, can
be burned right along with the
other items.
Since a gas incinerator is in
stalled indoors, it serves the
family all year long, consuming
garbage and refuse at the home
owner's convenience. There is
never any need to wait for ideal
weather for burning or empty
ing. Portland Officers
