Commissioners have adopted a
10:15 p.m. school night juvenile
enrfew. The curfew will become
effective immediately.
The 10:15 deadline is for
youngsters M years or older
who have begun high school.
Those who have not begun high
school will be subject to a 9:15
p.m. curfew on school nights.
The new county codes are
similar to recent action bv the
Portland City Council. They
were made as a result of action
by the last legislature which
allows counties to establish cur
few hours.
