Man's Probation
Revoked in Court;
Others Appear
Ellis LcHoy Cornult, 20,

received a probation revoca-
(ion Friday in Jackson coun
ty circuit court and was sen
tenced to 2 Vi years in the
Oregon Slate Correctional in
(titution. The original suspended ex
ecution specified a 3-year
sentence, but it was reduced
Cornutt originally pleaded
guilty to charges of conceal
ing stolen property. He vio
lated his probation by driving
a motor vehicle and without
a license and proper insur
ance, according to court records.
A pre-sentence report was
ordered for Crystal Mae
Schroeder, 29, of Issaquah,
Warn., who pleaded guilty to
charges of burglary not in a
dwelling.
Imposition of sentence was
suspended on Calvin Bruce
Lenz, 18, of route 4, box 321,
Medford, who pleaded guilty
to charges of taking and using
a motor vehicle without auth
ority. Probaticn revocation hear
ing was continued Thursday
afternoon on Joseph Alexan
der DeLorme, 18 of route 2,
box 688H, Central Point.
Original charge was assault
with a dangerous weapon.
Trial date will be set for
Frank Hofer Bledsoe, 38, of
2017 Suzana St., Medford
who pleaded Innocent to
charges of obtaining property
y false pretenses.
The case of James R. Un
derbill, 38, Grants Pass, who
is charged with non-support,
was continued to May 28 to
allow him to obain an attorney.
