ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, the City
Council did heretofore by Ordi
nance declare its intention to con
struct a sanitary sewer main, men

von Street from Holmes Avenue to
Garfield Street to serve the prop
erty adjacent thereto not now
served by a Sanitary Sewer In the
City of Medford, Oregon; and to
assess the cost thereof upon each
lot or psrt thereof adjacent to

of said improvement, and did fix
the Ume and place for hearing pro
tests against the construction of
said Improvement, and the assess
ment of the cost thereof, as afore
