Construction on the first
unit of the project is expected
to begin this month. It will
be one-story with the first
unit of 11,000 square feet to
include a complete medical
laboratory, pharmacy, and
x-ray facility. i
The second unit will Include
8,000 square feet. Included in
the project Is a 107-car park
ing ares.
In making the announce
ment, Robert Little, one of the
partners, said the first unit
has an occupancy of 70 per
cent, based on the letters of
intent that have been re
ceived.
The garden-type structure,
to house 21 office spaces, will
be made principally of native
woods. The building will en
close an tnler-courl and patio
with covered walkways.
Architect for the project is
Jerry Hunter with William E.
Brooks, contractors.

nosed tentatively in a 10-year-old
Cottage Grove boy, the
