A candidate must be single,
never have been married,
divorced or had marriage an
nulled. She must also be a
high school graduate by
Labor Day and not less than
18 nor more than 28 years
old by that date.
Other Qualifications
An entrant must also be of
good character, possess poise.
pageant is held for six months
prior to the event. This rule
is waived for those who arc
college or university students
in the area.
The entrant may be either
professional or amateur. Six
contestants have been enter
ed so far, it was reported.
