Five Indicted
For Mail Fraud
Boise -lUPt- Five men have
been indicted in U. S. Diatricf
court here on charges of us
inc the mails to defraud in a
real estate development at
Coeur d'Alene.
U.S. Attorney Sylvan A.
Jeppesen said all five men
have been arrested and placed
under $10,000 bond.
He identified them as Ray
mond Eugene Robertson,
about 30, formerly of Beavcr
ton, Ore.; F. Darold Windsor,
about 45, Carl Allen King, 44,
and Bertil Gene Olson, 35, all
of Portland, and John H. Gric-
bel, 42, Sparks, Ncv
All but Griebel were arrest
ed in Portland. Griebel was
arrested in Nevada.
The indictment alleges that
prior to May, 1962, through
about last March 29, the de
fendants obtained money
through the mails from per
sons desiring to purchase res
idential buildings lots near
Coeur d'Alene.
The 21-pagc indictment cit
ed numerous allegedly false
representations and promises
aid to have been used by the
defendants to induce the pur
chase of the lots.

the lecture series at the I960
summer meeting of the asso
ciation at the University of
Michigan.
