sonal property tax warrants for delinquent taxes lawfully assessed against certain personal
property owned or possessed by the persons whose names are hereinafter set forth, and

Jackson County Court duly entered of record directe-i for a period of four (4) consecutive
weeks in the Medford Mail Ttibune. Upon completion of this publication the warrants
outstanding will be filed and docketed by the Jackson Countv Clerk in the judgment
records with interest and costs to the date of filing, which judgment shall become a lien
on all the personal and real property of the person or persons against whom such tax was
assessed The effect of such docketing shall be the same as though the people of Jackson
County had recovered judgment against the person or persons charged for the full
amount of the delinquent taxes covered by the warrant, together with interest thereon and
