order by Patty Paradis, vice

given by Mrs. Paradis, our
leader.
Each of the members made
pattern and then cut a
hears case out of felt. We
had orange drink for refreshments
At our next meeting we
will complete our snears case

The Stage Road Blazers 4-H
club held a business meeting
Saturday and discussed a
game day which will be held
April 13.
The following new girls
were present and Joined our
club: Terry Cook, Sherril
Cook, Gail Bridge, Sherry
Anderson, Heather Rode and
Linda Krouae.
Doug Kendall was appoint
ed recreation leader and Dan
ny Doyt was appointed club
reporter.
The next business meeting
will be held April 27.

Kandr Kids
Plans are being made by the
Kandy Kids 4-H club for the
coming spring. The plans
were made on March 25 at
Carolle Kuest's home.
The meeting was called to
order by Donna Bailey, pres
ident. The 4-H flag salute was
led by Carol Roach. A report
was given on the 4-H window
that was set up in Central
Point. Some suggestions were
made for money raising pro
jects this spring. It was decid
ed to have a car wash and a
cake sale in Central Point.
The county Judlng contest to
be held in May was also dis
cussed. Suggestions were taken for
the food that was to be made
for the Mothers tea in May.
The meeting was adjourned
is there was no further busi
ness. Carolee Kuest gave an inter
esting report on Jams and jel
lies!. Refreshments were serv
ed. The next meeting will be
held at Shirley and Carol
Roach's home on April 8.

Smart Cooklas
The eighth meeting of the
Smart Cookies was held at
the home of Mrs. W. R. Florcy
with the president, Kayrn
Ricks, presiding. Myrna
Young and Alice Minger led
the flag salute.
Shuree Davis was welcome
as a new member.
The discussion was on foods
and it was decided that each
member should prepare a
frozen vegatable for her fam
ily and mix a chocolate drink
for herself before (he next
meeting.
The club is planning a cake
sale for April 13 at the Paul
sen and Gates Thrill market
in Central Point.
Helen Norris served refreshments.
The next meeting will be
held at the home of Mrs.
Florey April 8.

The March meeting ol the
Wcstslde Blockers 41 1 sheep
club was held at the home of
Donna Hammond. Carolyn
Barnes called roll and it was
answered by each member
listing the number of lambs
cared for.
The comunity project was
discurscd and Janet Lee re
ported that the air hoard did
not approve of selling a lamb
for a community project.
Publicity for the lamb show
was discussed and a class in
Judging was held.
The next meeting will be
at the home of Carolyn Barnes
April 18 at 7:30 p.m.
Refreshments were served
following adjournment.
