- NOTICE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX WARRANTS
TO ALL WHOM THIS NOTICE MAY COME. GREETINGS:
. . . You are hereby advised the Sheriff of Jackson County. Oregon, presently holds per
lonal property tax warrants for delinquent taxes lawfully assessed against certain personal
property owned or possessed by the persons whose ' names are hereinafter set forth, and
opposite whose names appear a description of the property as appearing on the latest tax
roll, the year of delinquency, the principal and interest accruing thereon to February IS,
1963. This notice is published pursuant to ORS 311.615 and a Resolution and Order of the
Jackson County Court duly entered of record directed for a period of four (4) consecutive
; weeks in the Medford Mail Tribune. Upon completion of this publication the warrants
outstanding will be filed and docketed by the Jackson County Clerk in the judgment
records, with-interest and costs to the date of filing, which judgment shall become a lien
on all the personal and real property of the person or persons against whom such tax was
assessed. The effect of such docketing shall be the same as though the people of Jackson
County had recovered judgment against the person or persons charged for the full
amount of the delinquent taxes covered by the warrant, together with interest thereon and
cosis as proviaea oy law.
