ORDINANCE NO. 10
AN OKD1NANCE declaring (he
BBMument on property benefitted
lor the cost of constructing in the
City of Eagle Point. Oronon, a city
wide tewer and waste disposal -tem
and directing the Recorder of
aid city to enter a statement
thereof in a docket of city liens
and to publish notice thereof.
THE CITY OK EAGLE POINT
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. WHEREAS, the City
' Council did hcrtoiore by ordinance,
declare its intention to construct a
city wide sewage and waste dis
posal system in the City of Eajjle
Point. Oregon and to assess a por
tion of the cost thereof upon each
lot or part thereof benefitted by
uch improvement, it proportion
ate share of the cost of oaid im
provement and did fix the time
and place for hearing protest
against the said aasesbment, and
WHEREAS, said ordinance was
dulv posted and published, and
WHEREAS, a meeting of the
Council waa held at the time and
place fixed in said ordinance for
the purpose of considering any
such protests but no protests were
at such time or any time made to
or received by the council tu the
assessing of the -oat thcreif and
said council having considered the
matter and deemed that an ir.e
property to be asaciwcd therefor
would be benefitted thereby lo the
probable amount of the runettlve
assessments to be levied against
said property, and
WHEREAS, that portion of the
cosl of said improvement to be
borne by the properly benefitted
therebv has been and hereby is
determined to be the "
NOW THEREFORE, it Is hereby
determined that the proporlionate
share of a portion of the cot of
the Improvement on rich parcel
benefitted thereby is the amount
set opposite the description of each
piece or parcel of land below and
that each piece or parcel of land
Is benefitted bv said Improvement
to the full extent of the amount
so set onposlte such piece or parcel
and that the respective amounts
reoresent the proportionate bene
fits of said improvement to said
renpedlve parcels of properly and
the council does hereby declare ;
each of the parcels of property ,
