ings and Loan stated that the
assets had Increased $2,529,
405.02 during 1962, making a
total of $23,975,420.83 at the
year's end.
This figure represents a
gain of 11.7 per cent over
assets reported at the' end
f 1961.

that the net savings gains re
corded during the year to
taled $1,801,917.45 bringing
total savings of JCF to an
all time high of $20,794,
466.56. The financial statement
shows the Association's mort
gage loans total a record fig
ure of $20,281,794.39 as of De
cember 31st, which is approx
imately 23.6 per cent above
the total of the previous year.
The forecasts for home
building in 1963 continues to
look brighter for this area.
Much of the success of the
Association's business during
the past decade has- been due
lo the flexible policy set by
the Board of Directors to meet
the needs of the growing and
progressive Rogue River Val
