Missing Girl Here
A search was under way
today for a 15-ycar-old Med
ford girl who has been miss
ing since about 7:30 p.m. yes
terday, according to Medford
police.
The girl, Sharlecn Fay
Gcise, 1020 West 11th st., was
last seen when she left the
residence of her sister, Mrs.
Kay Bryant, 844 West 14th
St., reportedly to return home.
The missing girl was de
scribed as 5 feet, 4 Inches tall,
weighing about 145 pounds,
with short dark brown hair
and hazel eyes.
At the time she left her
sister's home, the girl was
wearing a plaid coat, black
pedal pushers, brown sweat
er, black flat shoes and carry
ing a brown purse, officers
said.
Information about the miss
ing girl should be reported to
the Mcdford police depart

Funeral services for Charles
Leonel Rusho. 41, of 667 Wal
nut st., Ashland, who died
Wednesday, will be held at
11 a.m. Saturday in the Hill
crest Memorial Chapel on the
North Phoenix rd. The Rev.
Everett Cade of the Phoenix
Church of Christ will offic
iate. Committal will be in
Hillcrest Memorial park, with
Conger-Morris Funeral direct
ors in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Rusho was born March
11. 1921, in Roseburg, and
had lived all his life in south
ern Oregon. He was employed
as a scaler and grader by the
Medford Corporation. He was
married June 30, 1947, in
Medford, to Joyce Wall, who
survives.
Other survivors include two
sons, Larry Lee Rusho, and
Lcroy Charles Rusho, at
home; three daughters, Mrs.
Joycelin Jean Rushing, Texas:
and Beverly Marie Rusho and
Lois Faye Rusho, at home; his
father and step-mother, Mr.
and Mrs. Leonel Rusho, Med
ford; a sister, Mrs. Leonard
Chestnut, Medford; and sev
eral nephews and aunts and
uncles. His mother, Mrs.
Grace Fay Rusho, and a sister,
Beverly Fern Rusho, preced
ed him in death.

Capitola Pence, 68, of route
1, Jacksonville, who died
Wednesday, will be held at
9:30 a.m. Saturday in Conger
Morris downtown chapel. The

Jacksonville Presbyterian

tal will be in Jacksonville
cemetery.
Mrs. Pence was born Nov.
29, 1894, in Gold Hill, and had
lived in southern Oregon all
her life. She was married
Aug. 27, 1936. in Grants Pass,
to Floyd Pence, who died in
1955. She was a member of
the American Legion auxil
iary post 100, Jacksonville.
Survivors include a sister,
Mrs. Ada Rhotcn, Jackson
ville, and several nieces and
nephews.

Funeral services for George
F. Bradley. 71, Jacksonville,
who died Wednesday will be
held at 10 a.m. Monday at
Perl Funeral home. The Rev.
Bruce Rogers, pastor of the
Trinity Baptist church, will

Memory Gardens Memorial
Park cemetery.
Mr. Bradley was born July
13, 1891. near Lake Creek,
Ore. He lived near Lake Creek
for several years. For the past
20 years, he has lived near

He was a veteran of World
War I, serving with the U.S.
Army. He entered the service
Aug. 5, 1917, served overseas
in France, and on his return
to the United States was dis
charged at New York, N.Y.,
April 30, 1919.
He was a member of Klam
ath Falls Pelican Post VFW;
Cave Junction Post American
Legion and Klamath Falls
lOOF Lodge.
He is survived by one sis
ter, Mrs. Minnie Mannis, Chi
co. Calif., several nieces and
nephews.

Mr. Moore was born Oct.
4, 1942, in Portland, Ore. He
lived his early life in Lake
view, Ore., moving to Ash
land in 1955, where he finish
ed high school. He was a second-year
student at Southern
Oregon college, and part-time
radio announcer.
Survivors include his par
ents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd C.
Moore, and a brother, Bobby
Moore, of Vanderhoof, B.C.,
Canada; and his grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. LeRoy C. Hill,
Ashland.

Reorganization Due

fense Department expects to
launch next week the long
pending reorganization of the
Army National Guard and the
U.S. Army Reserve.
The plan calls for reducing
four National Guard divisions
and four Army Reserve divis
ions to much smaller brigades,
and for eliminating about 700
units of company size or
smaller.
