the Railway Express agency
and the Teamsters union nego
tiate a new wage contract pro
viding for a 10.28-cent an hour
increase retroactive to July 1.
It was the same increase

welfare benefits within over

The first meeting of the Eagle
Point Sewetles 4-H club was
held Nov. 3 at Mrs. Ben
Moore's ranch.
Officers elected were: Ila
Moore, president; Ruth Greb,
secretary; and Mary Work, re
porter. Meetings will be held in
various club members' homes
the first Saturday of each
month. The December meet
ing will be held at Diana Ste
vens'. A demonstration on sewing
buttons will be given by Ila
Moore. A report on cotton
will be given by Gloria Mollis.
