the State Lsbor Commissioner
will be required of each contrac
tor snd subcontractor, or their
sureties, certifying the hourly
rate of WBge paid each classifica
tion of workmen -employed by him
upon such public work, and fur
ther certifying that no workmen
employed by him upon such pub
lic work has been paid less than
the "prevailing rate of wage" as
defined in said Chapter 627 or less
than the minimum hourly rate of
wage specified in the contract.

be required in accordance with
the provisions of ORS 273.')10 to
279.024, incl. Full information for

office of the County Engineer,
Jackson County Courthouse. Med
ford. Oregon. Plans and specifi

same place and may be obtained
by eligible bidders upon payment
of 12.00 for each iet.
