Increase This Year
Grants Pass - There has
hoen a large increase in ex
hibitors and concessionaires
at the Josephine County Fair
' this year compared to pre
vious years, Lee Pruitt, fair
manager, has announced.
Figures on number of en
tries were unavailable yester
day except in the 4-H division,
in which entries totaled 700.
Mrs. Ole Olson, superinten
dent of the household arts and
crafts department, said entries
had more than doubled over
last year in her department,
filling all available exhibit
space to capacity.
A number of Jackson coun
ty organizations and Indi
viduals have entries and ex
hibits in the fair.
