brothers were killed 10 miles
southeast of here Tuesday
evening when their station
wagon collided with a South
ern Pacific freight train.
The victims were Earl M.
Harris, about 30, and his 19-year-old
brother. Neil, of
Chiloquin.
Witnesses reported that the
car was traveling at a high
rate of speed. Police said the
car skidded 114 feet from the
point of collision. The car was
split in half by the impact.
