' YOU ARE HEREBY REQUIRED TO TAKE NOTICE that, the plaintiff herein has filed
in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon, for Jackson County, an application for the fore
closure of the lien of all taxes shown on the Jackson County Tax Foreclosure List for the
year 1961-, hereinafter set forth in full, and that the plaintiff will apply to the court for
judgment and decree foreclosing such tax liens and cancelling all certificates of registra
tion where such property is under a registration of title certificate, and for such other
relief as mav be lust and equitable in the premises, not less than 30 days from the date of
the first publication of this notice, exclusive of the day of the first publication, ana any
and all persons Interested In any of the real property included in said foreclosure 1st are
hereby required to file an answer and defense, if any there be, to such application for
Judgment and decree within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice
exclusive of the day of the first publication, which date is the 8th day of June, 1962.
This notice is published by authority of an order of the County Court of Jackson Coun
ty. In the Medford Mail Tribune, a newspaper of general circulation published in said
County and designated in said Order of the County Court as the newspaper in which said
notice' is to be published, said Order being dated the 1st day of June, 1962.
