1. Notice is hereby given that
on Friday, July 13, lbz, neiween
the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00
p.m., White City Sanitary District
will hold an election for autnor
ity to issue general obligation
bonds. All legal residents of said
sanitary district may vote in said
election.
2. The polling place for said
election is the Central Point Rural
Fire Station, White City, Oregon.
3. The polls will be open be
tween the hours of 8:00 a.m. and
8:00 p.m.
4. The proceeds of the bonds
shall be used by White City Sani
tary District to acquire, construct,
reconstruct, alter, enlarge, renew,
replace, operate and maintain such
sewage collection disposal system
as in the Judgement of the board
of directors are necessary and
proper for the area of the district
and all incidental, expenses in
curred by the sanitary district
therefor.
. The total amount of bonds
be issued shall not exceed
$125,000.00 and shall be retired
within 25 years.
0. The bonds proposed to be
issued shall be general obligation
bonds of the district.
