District Court Trial Set for Valley Man
A Jackson county district
court trial has been set June
20 for Gerald LaGrave, 20,
of Shady Cove, who has been
charged with drunk driving.
LaGrave is being held in
the county jail. The car he
was driving was involved in
an accident on Dodge bridge
on the Sams Valley highway
Two Circuit Court
Cases Continued
Two cases were continued
in Jackson county circuit
court this week for pre-sen
tence investigation.
John Albert Parrack, 22, of
300 South Columbus ave.,
Medford, pleaded guilty to
using an automobile without
authorization.
Frederick Michael Wool
ridge, 20, of 15 Stewart ave.,
Medford, had pleaded guilty
previously to charges of ob
taining property by false pretenses.
Saturday night in which a
Medford woman was critical
ly injured.
Still reported in critical
condition at Rogue Valley
hospital was Audrey Mc
Nicki, Orange si., Medford, a
passenger in a car operated
by John A. Drager, 54, of 225
Nevada St.. Ashland.
LaGrave was being pur
sued by Eagle Point police
from the city limits of Eagle
Point at the time of the accident.
