The vinegar is Tan-mon ... the salt is Morton. Aromatic, pungent,
and very slightly bitter, Tarragon wine vinegar is used by salad
chefs to emphasize the crispness of fresh salads. M Morton Salt
is great in salads, too. H Try them both in your next salad. .
There are many fine brands of Tarragon vinegar . . . but fv,
there is only one Morton Salt. When it rains it pours. (
