WEEDONE KILLS
MORE LAWN WEEDS
THAN ANY OTHER
WEED KILLER
BECAUSE IT'S NOW
SILVEX-FORTIFIED
It's true! Weedone is better than ever because it's
Silvex-fortified. Silvex extends the killing power of
Weedone to such hard-to-control weeds as Chickweed,
Henbit and Prostrate Spurge, in addition to Dande
lion, Plantain, Wild Garlic and .more than a hundred
others. There's no need for special formulas; no need
to know the name of the weed. Weedone, fortified with
Silvex, kills more lawn weeds and yet costs you less
than many ordinary weed killers. And Weedone won't
kill desirable lawn grasses; is easy to apply, liquid or
dry. Sold wherever quality garden products are sold.

Minimum weight, a rainbow of colors, and new
convenience features mark today's luggage
By FRANCES HODGES
Luggage is literally coming up roses as
well as blue, gray, white, green, yellow,
and plaid. This array of colors now accounts
for more purchases than the once
important tan.
Another trend is the variety of sizes and
shapes (see photos) to fit every travel
need. In materials, vinyl and Fiberglas are
now as fashionable as leather, while light
weight metals make strong frames for

solid or soft-side construction.
Women will also welcome the bugged and
zippered interiors of most of the new lug
gage, plus sesame self-closing locks or new
spring and swivel locks that are practically
foolproof. For women and men, there are
well-coordinated and matching groups
aplenty. And too good to pass up are a host
of extra totes and collapsible cases that
can be gift-filled for your return trip.
