County. The school board of said
district by resolution dated March
20. l!)f2 has granted authority and
permission for construction of said
grandstand without liability or re
sponsibility on the part of the
board ol said school district.
7. The construction committee of
the Medford Senior High School
Stadium Committee will select the
design and proposal which in their
judgment most adequately fulfills
the specifications. The amount of
the bid, type of design, and plans
submitted will be duly considered
in awarding the contract granting
the bidder authority to proceed
with necessary engineering, draw
ings, and construction.
8. The Medford Senior High
Schooi Stadium Committee may re-
1 quire bidders to file with School
District 549C, Jackson County, the
qualifying statement required by
ORS 279 014 to 279 018.
9. The decision of the committee
will be final.
