These young people have
been studying for two years
and have completed a study
on church history and doc
trine. Three young people will
speak during the service.
Jean Fishback will speak on
"What confirmation means to
me" and Christine Evans on
"What I can do for my
church." Both are members of
the class of 1962. Steven
Gustafson, member of class
1960, will speak on "What
the church has meant to me."

Youth List Project
Wilderville-The Methodist
Youth fellowship project of
painting the Wilderville Meth
odist church has been ap
proved by the official board.
The project was assisted by
the $30.14 which the MYF
raised at a recent pie and
cake sale. The group is pro
viding baby sitting services
for the loyalty dinner tonight
at the church.
The MYF has been In
charge of pari of the church
services each Sunday. Miss
Darlene Gavin will have
charge of this portion of the
services next month, accord
ing to Miss Roxey Whichello,
new MYF president.
Twenty-four members at.
tended the subdistrict meeting
of the church held last Sun
day. The Rev. Ed Aschen
brenner, district superintend
ent, gave the sermon.
The church has welcomed
two new members.
The church recently held
a style show and potluck din
ner, the annual event of the
Men's club. The Rev. John
McMurtrey, won first prize
with runner ups Edwin Robin
son, Jim Lindsay, Eldon Mc
Cann, Bill Bondietti and Nick
Coulter.
Taking part in the. melo
drama, "The Fatal Quest"
were Mrs. Clara Robinson,
Myrtle Coulter, Betty Mc
Cann, Nora Midgett and
Verona Loughridge.
